Help With Panic Attacks | True Causation | A Very Serious Condition
A Serious Condition
Panic attacks are serious business, I don't care what anyone may say. I know people that say, well, just live through it, or just deal with it. Obviously they don't have any idea what they're talking about.
Yes, a panic or anxiety attack will not kill us. But, it's a very traumatizing condition and it effects every single area of our lives. It doesn't allow us to live a full life, and we tend to shy away from the people and things that we love.
Panic attacks are influenced greatly by a lot of things that we do every day of our lives, or don't do. Things like being totally sedentary, eating a garbage diet, drinking too much coffee, drug abuse, alcohol abuse, isolation, toxins in our household, and not taking the time to truly relax all take their toll on us.
All of these things effect our bodys, brains, and nervous systems in a negative way, allowing damage and malfunction.
True Causation
"In every single case of panic attack we see a nervous system and brain which are not functioning properly. Things which should be considered harmless are see as life threateningly frightening."
So, to address our condition we need to address our nervous system and bring it into a state of healing and balance. That is our ultimate goal.
Help With Panic Attacks | A Natural Treatment Plan That Begins Working Fast!
Sleep
We will never heal our nervous system until we achieve lasting deep sleep. In order to attain this we need to be sure our bedroom is completely dark and quiet. Most of us should take things like 5 HTP, valerian, chamomile, and melatonin. And lastly, a regular sleep cycle is essential.
Diet
Diet heals the nerves or destroys them. Please eliminate: coffee, hard alcohol, white flour, refined sugar and junk foods. Eat more: green vegetables, fruits, walnuts, flax seeds, lean meat, fish, and root vegetables.
A nerve healing diet needs a good amount of protein, water, and alkaline minerals. Alkaline minerals are found in vegetables and fruits. Get 8 - 10 servings per day.
Exercise & Relaxation
Doing cardiovascular exercise burns anxiety attacks right out of the system. A minimum should be walking for thirty minutes 3 -4 times per week. More is better, this is extremely valuable.
Learning to really truly achieve deep relaxation is a skill that we have all lost. We need to take time for ourselves to relax. Explore tai chi, yoga, progressive relaxation techniques, deep breathing, massage, etc.
As little as ten to twenty minutes per day of relaxation, breathing, and stretching can make a world of difference, you have nothing to lose but your panic attacks.
